Scope This policy describes how we process personal data when you visit the site, fill in the request/quote form, or contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone to ask about availability and information.

Personal data we process We may process:

  • Contact data: name, email, phone number.
  • Request/booking data: arrival and departure dates, number of people (adults and children), type of accommodation (tent, motorhome/caravan, motorhome area), presence of a dog, electricity request, the indicative quote amount, and any notes you choose to share.
  • Technical data: essential logs for site security and operation.
  • Anonymous statistical data: to measure site traffic we use a statistics tool that sets no cookies, anonymizes IP addresses (so you cannot be identified) and stores data solely on our own server, without sending it to any third party.

Purposes of processing We process data to:

  • Reply to messages and requests sent through the form or other contact channels.
  • Handle availability checks and bookings.
  • Provide assistance before, during and after your stay.
  • Ensure site security and prevent abuse.

Legal basis We process data based on:

  • Pre-contractual measures and contract (handling requests and bookings).
  • Consent (sending the request form via the dedicated acceptance checkbox).
  • Legitimate interest (site security, fraud and abuse prevention, service improvement).

How the form is collected and sent Data entered in the request/quote form is sent directly to our email address through our website, hosted on servers located within the European Union. We do not use external form-collection services: form data is not passed to any third party before it reaches us.

Data retention We keep data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes:

  • Requests that do not result in a booking: deleted within a reasonable period (normally a few months).
  • Data relating to confirmed bookings and stays: kept for the period required by applicable administrative and tax obligations.

Sharing with third parties We do not sell your data. We may share it with:

  • Our hosting and email provider (based and with servers within the European Union), acting as data processor, only as needed to run the site and email account.
  • Platforms you choose to contact us with (e.g. WhatsApp), if you decide to use them.
  • Public authorities, where required by law.

Site statistics To understand how the site is used we rely on a statistics tool installed on our own server, configured in a privacy-respecting way: no cookies are set, IP addresses are anonymized, and individual visitors cannot be identified. The data stays on our server (located within the European Union) and is not shared with third parties or used for advertising. For this reason the site does not require a cookie consent banner for statistics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how the site works.

External links and third-party services The site may contain links to third-party services (e.g. Google Maps, Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram). When you click these links you leave our site and the third parties will process data according to their own policies.

Your rights You may request: access, rectification, erasure (where applicable), restriction, portability (where applicable), objection (where applicable).
